The Winter Garden City Commission will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 300 W. Plant St. 

Commissioners will first hear the first reading of an ordinance to amend the Fiscal Year 2021-22 budget as well as several ordinances relating to the annexation and amendment of the Future Land Use for several properties from county commercial and low density residential to city commercial and rezoning the entire subject property from arterial commercial, wholesale commercial, and single-family dwelling to planned commercial development.

Regular business items include a recommendation to approve setting a proposed millage rate for Fiscal Year 2022-23 as well as a recommendation to approve a sole source purchase order to Alfa Laval Inc. for belt filter press reconditioning at Wastewater Treatment Facility, a purchase order for Mead & Hunt to analyze the stormwater collection system on Roper Drive, a recommendation to approve a 60-month lease of four vehicles from Doering Fleet Management for the police department, and board appointments to the Code Enforcement Board.
