Nesscliffe, Shropshire: Family business MJ Refrigeration Transport has bought 10 New Generation Daf XF 480s through dealer Greenhouse Commercials.

The company runs 27 artics from its base in Nesscliffe and 13 trucks from a sites in Llangefni. Five of the vehicles are involved in milk tanker work, delivering to dairies in the UK while the rest of the vehicles deliver chilled goods into major supermarkets.

“We think the DAF XF 480 is a fantastic fleet truck – we’re getting a good return – about 10.5mpg,” owner, Mark Jones, said.
