Prime Minister Edi Rama declared on Friday with the mayors of Pogradec that online services should be launched as in the whole country. From Pogradec, the Head of Government also gave an ultimatum to hotel owners to build sewage treatment plants next year, otherwise they will not open the business. "Why do citizens no longer need to wait, but just enter the co-governance portal and e-Albania to get their documents. How can they not have the same thing in the municipality, this is elementary. And on the other hand, what about the debts, the deepening debts in some municipalities? Today if we have the cleanest season, it comes as a result of a joint work but this is at the same time a great lesson to understand how many things can be done only by the power of government. We have added a fund, we have also added wings from the center for the summer season in some coastal municipalities that have the largest flows, but this is not decisive. How will we do with the hotels while we cover Durrës with sewage? How can we allow hotels to not have depurators. Which country aims to be the place of the Champions League in Europe because God made it so. What we are, who we are. How can we accept that hotels throw waste water into the lake or the sea. This is done as is being done with cleaning. This is done day and night overhead. No hotel can open next season if it cannot make depurators. It is intolerable that the waters of Albania are polluted with the sewage of Albanians. What will happen to Koman, that all the garbage from the villages ends up on the ferries", said Rama.
